Hello,

I am getting this error while trying to invoke a short-lived process that renders a PDF form using LiveCycle Java API. Here is the stack trace .
The same code has worked in the test environment on one LiveCycle server. The problem is occuring in the pre-prod environment on a different LiveCycle server and I don't have access to this server via LiveCycle workbench to check if the process can be invoked.

I would need to find out what are the possible causes of getting this type of error. Any suggestiosn would be appreciated.

This could be because of the authentication of the service you are trying to invoke. In the AdminUI console you can verify this and change the authenticate to NO.

This can be found under Security tab at the following location

Home > Services > Applications and Services > Application Management >(your application) > (Service)

Thanks Manoj for the response.
I just figured from Admin console that my service is down.
