secure postfix agains spammers and leave just forwarding

hello,
i am new to postfix and this is my scenario:
I want to set cat-all for two domains and forward it to email:
- all incoming emails for @x.xx forward to y...@y.yy
- all incoming emails for @z.zz forward to a...@a.aa
- all incoming emails for q...@q.qq forward to r...@q20.qq
- all incoming emails for p...@q.qq forward to u...@q20.qq
But I need to restrict all other activities and secure it against spammers.
How should I setup my postfix to disallow all other activities?
