always log the subject of rejected messages

Hi,
Is there a way to configure postfix so that it will always log message's subject if the message is going to be rejected?
This means that a message should be rejected according to policies after DATA part of SMTP communication, even if the message is rejected because of helo/client/sender/recipient restrictions.
I'm not very advanced in postfix. Can anyone tell me if such a configuration is possible and how to configure postfix to make it so.
