how to get postfix to send via various interfaces based on the source IP?

Hello,
I have a postfix server to relay emails with 3 network interfaces. I want to relay mail through a specific interface based on the source IP of the sender (host) (not the sender or recipient domain) like this:
Sender subnet Out Interface
172.16.1.0/24 eth0
172.16.2.0/24 eth1
172.16.3.0/24 eth2
I want to do this to avoid all subnets blacklisted at once.
