Do you have access to the court password links ? It seems there is
some issue with the pantent. Named is also Eric Dietsch , I wonder if
this relates to Rik Dietsch ? I have asked my upline in waiora what
the deal is ! I am very interested in this as a distributor pl keep me
posted

What I can not understand is why there are so many defendants.
I did have a quick look at what a patent infringement was and it is
desrcribed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patent_infringement as
follows
United States
In United States law, an infringement may occur where the defendant
has made, used, sold, offered to sell, or imported an infringing
invention or its equivalent. [1]
I am not too sure what this means but if you look at the patent it is
held by Lifelink and not Waiora, so it is anyone's guess as to what is
going on.
