Bug#663195: finch patches for OTR plugin support

There's already an outstanding bug#575461 against the pidgin-otr package, to
support OTR in Finch. I've been working on that from the plugin side, but
finch needs some work too, to support the plugin. I've listed the necessary
patches here https://gitorious.org/purple-otr#more and they've already been
merged in the pidgin upstream source. But they're slated for release in pidgin
3.0.0 which is probably far off still, and this code is usable right now. It
would be nice to make it available in an updated 2.10.x package.
