Hi,
your package FTBFS when DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck:

dh_installdirs -plibmail-cclient-perl
dh_installdocs -plibmail-cclient-perl ./README ./TODO debian/tests.txt
cp: cannot stat 'debian/tests.txt': No such file or directory
dh_installdocs: cp -a debian/tests.txt debian/libmail-cclient-perl/usr/share/doc/libmail-cclient-perl returned exit code 1
This is cdbs, so I can’t produce further analysis.

be built on a system without nocheck, so no need to hurry on
