Elda 1.3.13

Dear All

We have released Elda 1.3.13.

The default web.xml (as used in elda-common) is now
DTD-compliant.

Some recently-introduced incompatabilities with tomcat6
have been fixed. (We encourage Elda users to upgrade
their tomcat to tomcat7.)

Elda's internal cache is now keyed on the request URI with
the .format and &_format=, &callback=, &_mark=, and
&_metadata= components deleted so that the
different versions of a URL will share the cache slot.
Result metadata is not cached; it is regenerated.

A regression that appeared in a recent Elda, which meant
that bnode objects in the result model that did not have
labels would break the rendering for that model, has been
fixed.

The Content-Location header URL now always has the
format used for page rendering the page set explicitly.

There is no longer any built-in HTML renderer. To render
HTML, install an XSLT or Velocity renderer as described
in the Elda documentation.
