公平贸易认证与公平贸易 茶

 看见公平贸易二字，可能 会理解为贸易之争之中的公平交易。公平贸易产品的概念于1960年源于荷兰,当时主要是因为一些咖啡和茶叶生产者在国际贸易中的损失(牺牲)比较严重,为 了改变这种现象,先从一些中小企业开始将价格提高,并在固定的店里销售。之后,作为一种特殊的形式,这些企业开始对自己的产品实施认定和证书制度。现在国 际市场上有很多公平贸易产品,比如茶叶企业,也有很多印度茶叶企业开始在美国申请公平贸易产品的认证。目前一些大的印度红茶企业也开始关注这个运动,因为 其认证内容越来越多的于有机,低农残等社会公益事业相连接,目前６０％的Fair Trade 茶拥有有机茶叶的证书,这是让消费者放心购买的条件之一。国内的企业加入国际上的公平贸易团体来推销自己的产品也是一个很好的走向国际市场的方式,不过一 个企业的产品可以称之为公平贸易产品,要达到的要求不少。

 听雨亭小注:在消费者 的购买意识中加入对环保和劳资关系的重视是美国人的典型做法,国内红茶,或者说国内的茶叶要在国际市场建立品牌意识,树立什么样的形象,可以从这个 Fair Trade产品上得到参考。印度的马凯巴里社也正在准备加入Fair Trade 行列,他的社会公益活动--大吉岭白内障手术日本支援队从2003年开始,到去年已经坚持了4年了。大吉岭地区电力不足,很多妇女患有白内障,日本的马凯 巴里代理商便开始组织日本的医务人员去大吉岭,为当地人免费作手术...
