Finally! I have managed to track down the weird save/eval thing people were running into so there should be no more issues around flipping between tabs and having intermittent focus issues.

This one's a small release but there's a few important bug fixes. Full notes here: http://www.lighttable.com/2014/07/10/light-table-0-6-7/

Cheers,
Chris.

This version is completely unresponsive on my Ubuntu 64 machine. Cannot even quit it, have to end process from the system monitor.
Is there a way to restore the previous version?

Thanks

It seems unlikely any of the changes made in this go around would cause real failure. Did you try backing up and then wiping out the plugins you have?

Cheers,
Chris.

You could also checkout the 0.6.6 tag if you're running from the git repo.

Chris.

OK thanks Chris, it seems my problem is not specific to the new version.
I believe it went catatonic after I tried to open an extremely large file.
I have rm -rf'ed the entire LightTable directory and installed fresh, and neither the new version nor 0.6.6 work.

on linux plugins and settings are stored in ~/.config/LightTable maybe try removing the cache? If you have something trying to reopen that file (some of the plugins try to restore workspaces) I could imagine that might cause issues.

Cheers,
Chris.

Nope, but removing the entire ~/.config/LightTable folder got it going again.

Thanks!
