Lift Module Publishing

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering what the procedure was for publishing final versions of lift-modules. I'm particularly interested in the amqp module. I updated it to use Lift 3.1 and Diego merged it, so we got a snapshot version, but it'd be nice to have a final version published.

I don't think there is a super formal process which is part of the problem. Heh. That said, I have publishing capabilities so I can just spin a build for you.

Would be nice to see if we could automate it somehow.

I just checked and we are automatically publishing snapshots to sonatype snapshots if that's helpful. I'm spinning a release build now, though.

I'll also take a look at the state of other Lift modules while I'm at it. :)
