Snippet for rendering sitemap as navbar with W3.CSS

Hi!

I just couldn't find the thread anymore, but I'd like to thank you, who ever it was, who shared the snippet for rendering the sitemap for Bootstrap 3 navbar. :)

I modified it a bit to do the same with W3.CSS. I like the tiny W3.CSS (css only) framework from W3Schools, I think it's perfect companion with Lift.

I made parameters so it's easy to play with the colors without compiling.

Seems that W3.CSS has been updated to version 4 and it is somewhat incompatible with the previous version. I updated the gist to reflect changes for version 4.
