SBT related - breaking changes

Hi everyone,

@committers, sbt 1.0 dropped support for Build.scala, see https://github.com/sbt/sbt/pull/2524 and we use that in lift/framework

@everyone if you use Build.scala in your Lift project(s), it will not build under sbt 1.0, see https://github.com/sbt/sbt/pull/2524

Great timing on the post Diego, I was just writing up a issue report to the FoBo (multi module) project build (as a reminder) to take a look at porting it's build system to build.sbt syntax.

The PR you refer to will be helpful in making the move as the example shows the syntax is very similar.
