minor bug: hardcoded ajax loader path in asyncResolvableTransform

Hi,

In lift_blank template (Lift 3.0 RC-3 download) HelloWorld snippet, on wrapping date in scala Future or LAFuture (attached snippet file), I could see correct time rendered on home page, however ajax loader image is missing because its path is hardcoded in asyncResolvableTransform method. Also because loader img tag is inside a div, loader and content replacing the loader may not render at right place in DOM (time text node is not child of time span, which it should).
