When I plug the USB into my computer, the LB drive does not show up

When I removed the USB from the LibraryBox and plug it into my computer to add content and/or make changes to the markup, the LB drive does not show up in My Computer.  I have tried multiple computers and still no luck in getting in recognized and to display.  Help please and thank you in advance for your time and brain power.

Which operating system do the computer have you tested with? windows ?

Do you get an error message, like "the drive is unformatted"?

Or simply nothing?

When you put the USB into a computer....nothing at all happens? It doesn't mount as a drive? 

Did you remove drive while the LibraryBox was powered? (wondering if it got corrupted somehow)

It should show up on Windows, OSX or Linux....and if you've tried multiple computers, then it may be something wrong with the USB itself, which would be strange.
