to libmodbus

received following error when tried to make libmodbus-3.0.1, and 3.1.4 versions on raspberry pi:

please help

make: *** No rule to make target 'install'. Stop.

Did you compile it with `./configure && make && make install`? (Note: `make install` may require sudo.)
