v3.1.4, Stable or Unstable?

On website http://libmodbus.org/download/

 

In the upper right hand corner, the image/link for v3.1.4 is showing as Unstable.

 

But the texts/link in the middle of the screen is showing as Stable, "Development release is libmodbus-3.1.4.tar.gz (2016-05-28). This development release is very stable!"

 

So which one is it, Stable or Unstable?
