I may not be searching in the right place, but is there functionality to enable multiple actual leo windows for one process? I've got 2 monitors, and would love to use the larger one to edit the text, and keep both the document tree and log window on another monitor.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

Mike

It should be possible on both Windows and Linux.  Just detach a pane (creating a separate window) and move it to the desired position/monitor.

To detach a pane, use the Easter Egg interface.  Right-click in any splitter to see a pop-up menu.  Use the Open Window submenu and select the desired pane to detach.  You should be able to save the resulting layout.

Please try this and let us know how it works.

Hmm..
Your "right click" action is not as definite as it should be I believe.

I have to literally triple-rightclick within ~0.5s for this to work.
It seemed broken at first, until I started clicking like mad, and somehow ended up with

Now I can sort-of-semi-reliably triple rightclick, but this seems like a bug in as much as a single right click does absolutely nothing.

I've seen this bug too. It seems to be Qt version and maybe OS /
window manager dependent. Sometimes a single click works reliably, and
I think I've seen the required click count go past 3, to 5 maybe.

What OS / window manager / Qt version are you using?
