The bug resulted in all children of clones being marked as clones.

Not sure why I didn't catch this earlier.

I am eating my own dog food without troubles, but there are no guarantees.

And cecfbf436 (fast-read) fixes a follow-on bug.

All seems well now, but I plan at least a week of testing before merging fast-read into devel.

Another major bug has appeared. Sometimes nodes in the .leo file override the nodes in the external file.
