Hi - some help needed, as I fear my PP has died.
Last night, after finishing my session, I went to load my data onto the USB stick (as I have done 100's of time with no problems). It didn't work - the unit had failed to record the session data. During use, everything was normal - power etc - but nothing was recorded.
I did a few 'trials' (I got on and pedalled for 90secs) - and still nothing.

I assumed the batteries might be giving up, so I replaced them with fresh new ones. No joy.
I then attempted to update the firmware - with the FB611.hex file - I put it on a fresh new USB - with no other info on there. I took out the batteries, inserted the USB, and then replaced the batteries.

Instead of the screen coming alive with '888' everywhere, it remained blank, but flashed the back light on and off. It goes 3seconds lit, 3 seconds unlit - it has done this now for 2hrs!
I am leaving it.
If I remove the USB, the flashing stops, but the unit is dead. Nothing comes alive - no matter what I press, for however long. As soon as I go through the USB process again, the flashing commences.

I am leaving the unit flashing overnight now - maybe its just taking ages to upload the .hex file?

Please please help. I know the wattbox is on the way - but I still need to use the PP in the meantime, and it was an expensive unit.
