Hello,

Me and my friend Rory would like to come and have a look around at what equipment you have and potentially become members, however Rory works down south mon-fri and so cannot make the Tuesday sessions.
I know there is a Saturday open day session on 11^th Nov but we are keen to have a look around this weekend… We’re happy just to wander round on our own.
Would this be ok, and if so should I book a time for someone to let us in or can we just turn up?

Hi Cat - in principle it's not impossible. Wondering around on your own definitely wouldn't be possible, but these emails are picked up by all the members, so if one is going to be in the space this weekend and wants to show you round as their guest, they can respond accordingly to this thread.

Personally I'm away, else would happily show you both round.

Hi Catriona,

We have a workshop on pewter casting this saturday from 12 til 4. If you come in at either 11 or 4 then I can give you both a quick tour and answer any questions you have.

Out of interest, is the Rory who works down south during the week also the Rory who works down south during the week and plays the Hurdy Gurdy? I’m fairly flexible on Sunday, but then I’m busy next weekend and away the whole of November, but quite happy to show him and you round at some other point
