Achieve, working in conjunction with OER Commons, has created a set of OER rubrics to be used for evaluating Open Education Resources.  They have agreed that Southern Illinois University Carbondale can create a set of unique identifiers for their rubrics to promote sharing of evaluations among educators across sites.  Achievement Standards Network has graciously agreed to host the dot notation of the rubrics for us, and at this point we are intending to use these rubrics to publish evaluations to the LR.

The rubrics are available at http://www.achieve.org/files/AchieveOERRubrics.pdf, along with a handbook that is available at http://www.achieve.org/files/AchieveOEREvaluationToolHandbookFINAL.pdf.  You can learn more about the Achieve OER rubrics at http://www.achieve.org/oer-rubrics.  The dot notation is available at http://purl.org/ASN/scheme/AOER.
