Unit testing leaflet application

How do people unit test their web applications with Leaflet?

I'm working on a project using Leaflet and Leaflet.Draw inside React JSX components. 

I'd like to unit test the components and simulate actions/events coming from Leaflet. Most other components interactions have good test coverage using a library called Enzyme. Having problems getting this working well with Leaflet though.
