Getting coordinates automatically

I have created a non geographical map which contains 300 labels of neighbourhoods that I need markers on. My map is using pixel coordinates with L.CRS.Simple and I need to get the coordinates of every single neighbourhood of the hundreds in my map. I know how to do get coordinates but if I do this for 300 hundred points it will take forever. Any idea how to achieve this with an automatic process if there is one?
