Hi I am looking for a experienced GIS consultant with Leaflet knowledge to work as a freelancer at the European Commission, DG MARE, Brussels.
The consultant should be eligible to work in the EU.
The project consists in creating an a real-time tracking application of boats across European seas and this by reusing the basis of EUROSTAT GIS application and developing extra layers on it.
