leaflet z/x/y tile layer

Hi

  I have certain tiles in row column structure as below image (L/R/C).  Is there any way to access the tiles with such naming conventions

I am using L.tileLayer('http://172.61.25.243/topotiles/{z}/{x}/{y}.png', { maxZoom: 22, minZoom: 3 })

I have some other tiles with same structure L/R/C but with different naming conventions which is loading fine.

Any help will be appreciated.
