All, I'm pleased to announce that our free, Open Source CAD - Tickets by name - has moved off Google Maps and onto Leaflet and OpenStreetMap. Information, including downloads, at www.ticketscad.org (Download also available from SourceForge at http://sourceforge.net/projects/openises/files/latest/download?source=files )
A key element is its support of local, server-based tile storage, allowing off-the-internet operation.
