Problem projecting LAS --> non-EPSG Albers to WA State Plane

I have some LAS files that were delivered in an Albers Projection (NAD83-1983-USFS-R6-Abers, also SR-ORG:25, or US Forest Service Region 6 Albers)

I am Trying to re-project them to our standard of Washington State Plane south, NAD83.

 

I have not been able to find a standard EPSG code for this projection, and have not been able to figure out if I can specify a user-defined Albers projection parameter.  Trying to use las2las.exe.


Does Las2Las have this projection coded in anywhere?  Or can you clue me in to the syntax of specifying an Albers input projection parameters?

 

(I tried NOT specifying the input projection, but it ended up in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.)

Syntax tried --> .\las2las.exe -v -i 48117B3101.las -target_sp83 WA_S -target_feet -target_elevation_feet -olas -o las_files


Lasinfo reports for a sample input file, and for the resultant projected file are below.
