updated e572las.exe applies available rotation and/or translation

Hello,

The newest version of e572las.exe not only converts E57 files to LAS or LAZ files but also applies any available rotation and/or translation information to each scan to combine multiple scans acquired from different scanner positions into a coherent point cloud ... (-:

Points from different scanner positions are given different point source IDs so that the information which points are belonging to the same scan is preserved.
