upgrade version of websocket-stream used by KurentoForks/reconnect-ws

The kurento fork of reconnect-ws uses an old version of websocket-stream. It's about 5 years old now.

The version can be seen here https://github.com/KurentoForks/reconnect-ws/blob/master/package.json

"websocket-stream": "~0.5.1"

Are there any plans to update dependencies for KurentoForks/reconnect-ws? My main concern is that old versions of ws have known vulnerabilities. Perhaps there are plans to upgrade ws across all of Kurento?

We needed to update ws as a requirement and we got that working consistently with:
