We're planning on migrating https://github.com/kubernetes/cloud-provider-azure to the kubernetes-sigs org.
Impact should be minimal/non-existent with the redirects we have in place, both on the GitHub side and the *.k8s.io vanity domain.

If there are no objections by Friday, November 1, EOD US PT, we'll proceed with this on Monday.
