Pledging money for kramdown through Patreon

Hi everyone,

I have created a Patreon page for furthering support for kramdown and
my other open source projects:

If you use kramdown on a regular basis or just want to say thanks,
pledges of $1 or more are very welcome! :)

My initial goal is to get to about $200 a month to work on feature
requests that have been postponed due to lack of time. In the case of
kramdown this would include those features that are labeled with "needs
pull request" (see https://github.com/gettalong/kramdown/projects/1),
e.g. better GFM compatibility.
