Hello Permaculture Enthusiasts!

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Leigh Ann Fulkerson. Since 2010 I have lived about 25 miles west of Topeka in the Flint Hills, but I spent most of my life prior to that in Lawrence. I have experience with permaculture garden design, aquaponics, food preservation and preparation, self-reliant living and preparedness.

I am also a realtor with a focus on working with clients who are buying and selling rural sustainable farmsteads or homes in town that have gardens and/or permaculture techniques incorporated. I have been working with other niche market real estate, but feel that sustainable farms are a niche that is in growing demand and yet very few realtors are working in this area.

If you, or those in your network, are in the market to either sell or buy such a ‎property, I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you. My main locations are Douglas, Jefferson, Shawnee, and Wabaunsee Counties, but I would be willing to go further afield if clients desired.

I live just outside Manhattan. Working on creating a Permaculture farmette. Only been at it since October on one acre. Not looking to buy or sell, but just wanted to touch base.
