Hey Everybody,

Although it's expected to rain this weekend (thank goodness) the next two weeks in a row are expected to be sunny and in the high 60s.

For those of us who've been cooped up inside due to the prolonged winter weather (thanks Nor'easters--NOT), our chance to spend quality time outside seems to FINALLY be on its way.

To help you plan some fun outdoor activities, Kansas Permaculture Institute Board Member and Permaculture Design Course instructor Bill Price offers  expert advice on how you can enjoy sunny spring days by solar cooking.

Read Bill's full article (with lots of photos and how-to instructions) and learn how you can start solar cooking here: https://www.kansaspermaculture.org/blog/solar-cooking-an-alternative-to-summer-barbecues

Enjoy!
