We will be closing registrations for the fall PDC class on Monday, 8/28.  If you've been thinking about registering, now is the time!

The course meets on Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons each week beginning on 9/6/17 at the stone schoolhouse at 13th and Hwy 24 in Jefferson County (about 6 miles northwest of Lawrence on Hwy 24).  We have been busy updating the curriculum to focus more on the practical aspects of designing a permaculture system.  This includes much more focus on the design project, more one on one time with instructors to brainstorm and work through design challenges and more design focused activities in each class.  You will leave the course having created one very in-depth permaculture design and multiple smaller ones which will enable you to approach future designs with a solid understanding of the permaculture design process and a working knowledge of key strategies to be successful in this climate.

If you would like to register or if finances are in issue, please contact Amber Lehrman at jajle...@yahoo.com or by phone or text at 785-393-1572.  KPI does offer scholarships, work trades and/or payment plans to help make this valuable course more accessible.  You can view the detailed syllabus and download a registration form at http://www.kawpermaculture.org/education/ .

This course will bring together an amazing group of instructors with a wonderful breadth of experience and expertise - see below for bios.  We are looking forward to a wonderful and engaging class and we hope to see you there!
