During Spring, join us for a special treat, Yoga in the country with Baby Lamancha Goats and Cheese Tasting from Simple Food. Your Practitioner will guide you through classic empowering and relaxing Yoga poses. Your body becomes a playground for goats just born into this world. It's a circle of fun and healing that will open your heart. Completely serious, incredibly hilarious, and everything in between. Each class ends with Simple Food's, specially crafted Goat Cheese and Milk tasting. **Seasonal** Please bring your own Yoga mat.
