Growing Blackberries and Raspberries

Good evening!  Does anyway have experience with blackberry bushes that are erect and don't need to be trellised? Are they as productive?   Hardy?   Reasonably tidy looking as they grow?(I'm thinking of putting them along my drive right across from my house.)
