skip logic faulty

I've looked into Esther's form and found the problem, which is specific to recently changed forms on the kf.kobotoolbox.org server.

I will update this issue page as the problem is resolved. We should have a fix deployed within the next day.

Please help. last year i used kobotoolbox to conduct  KAP SURVEY. However i cant seem to access the data anymore , i forgot the password.
