Hi

For some reason I cannot safe a survey to file.. I attached a picture of the message that comes up. From here, I cannot do anything else anymore..
Anyone has an idea why?

Is there another way to save the survey as XLM so that I can drag in to the phone?

Best regards and thanks in advance,
Larissa

Hi Larissa,
It's actually caused by Firefox not permitting your version of Java to run due to their security settings. Java also works differently when you use it offline. Internet Explorer is just handling the security settings differently, but you should be able to make it work in Firefox just the same.

See here for some instructions on how to make it work on your computer when you run KoBoForm locally.
