Synchronisation

Dear Colleagues,

I have a new challenge. Out of the 13 tabs used to collect field data,
three of the tabs could not be synchronised using the current
available KoBoSync any help.

Hi Alpha,

Do you get any errors when trying to sync the data from these devices? 

Could you send us an instance from one of the devices that can't be synced? Just go to the folder on the device (or on your computer after you've already copied it) and copy one of the single folders with your survey's name inside the 'instances' folder.
