Lacking documentation for array change subscriptions.

Currently the official documentation for KO regarding observableArrays doesn't include any information on the callback parameter that includes information on what changes have been made.

They're pretty well documented here under 'Array change subscriptions' : http://blog.stevensanderson.com/2013/10/08/knockout-3-0-release-candidate-available/ - but this is someones personal blog rather than the official documentation.

I'd also like to suggest that documentation be rolled into a Github repo so that the community has a streamlined way to suggest changes and improvements.
