Knockout and server-side rendering

I use Knockout 3.4 and I can see my website is not indexed at all in Google.

 

My question is: can I use universal JavaScript to render it partially on the server side and partially on the client side? I believe the universal JavaScript will solve my issues. 

For some reasons, I don't want to use pre-rendering. So I need either get rid of Knockout or make it server-side rendered.
