Hello everyone

I wanted to ask about kogrid

1.

when the user hovers on row it's does not highlight the whole row, but only the cells.

2. 

Is there a way to put top and bottom padding for the header columns dividers?

Attached picture with Section 2 written on it.

Any ideas?
