Error + fix for Asynchronous Module Definition (AMD) With RequireJs page

Hi,
Was doing the "Asynchronous Module Definition (AMD) With RequireJs" example and ran into an error "require.js:168 Uncaught Error: Script error for "domReady", needed by: domReady!_unnormalized2"
Figured I should put domReady.js in the scripts folder, but this doesn't solve the problem.
Apparently, removing domReady from the require dependencies in init.js altogether does.
I am using ko 3.4.0 and require 2.2.0.
Hope this helps anyone who runs into the same.
