Hi all - anyone know of an update to this useful app? 

unfortunately as it is, the linestyles and icons etc in the original tracks don't stay preserved. in the output file

On the topic, I'm ideally looking for python code to do the same thing - i.e. to merge multiple .kml (or even better .gpx) tracks into one .kmz each with a different icon and track colour.  any suggestions?
