Connection Error

Hello,
When I try to connect to via kiwi IRC online client, I get the following error message:

Error Connecting (Closing Link: 0.0.0.0 (Botnets are not allowed here [RE] (2015/09/14 10.23)))

How can I fix this? I'm using opera on a mobile.

You¹ll surely need to use an IP address that¹s not blacklisted on that
network.
