Channel search showing +s channels

Several of the channels that show up on https://kiwiirc.com/search are marked as secret (+s) on their respective servers. Is there a way to have these removed from the list?

Do you have any examples of those? The only way a channel makes it on that page is if it is publicly available. That is, someone joins the network and runs a /list.
