QuakeNet G-lines

When connecting to QuakeNet for a about 10 minutes the following error is encountered: 

ⓘ [465] Too many connections from your host (109.169.31.3) - see https://www.quakenet.org/help/trusts/connection-limit for details.

QuakeNet support replied that this IP was not associated with the kiwiirc trust even though it maps back to the a.clients.kiwiirc.com hostname. They asked that this be added to the trust.

The disconnects seem to have been resolved by the swich from a.clients.kiwiirc.com to d.clients.kiwiirc.com , these are already a part of the QuakeNet trust.

I'm having the same problem now. Can someone get the trust updated with all possible IPs so this doesn't keep happening?

How can this be fixed?
