Windows package failed to run: ImportError: No module named pygame.pkgdata

I followed the Kivy documentation to build package on Windows.  The resulted exe failed to run.

C:Kivy-1.9.0-py2.7-win32-x64\PyInstaller-2.1\cc-5\dist\cc-5>cc-5.exe

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "<string>", line 34, in <module>

ImportError: No module named pygame.pkgdata

But when I use the Kivy release 1.8 , with  Kivy-1.8.0-py2.7-win32,   and using the same procedures to build the package, it works.

Is there any updated documentation or patch  for Kivy 1.9 to build the package for Windows ?
