How to install kivy on win10 (x64) (Python 3.4)

Hi

I don't understand how to install kivy on win10 (x64) (Python 3.4)?

I install Cython then "python -m pip install kivy" and after all I got 

 error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

Failed building wheel for kivy

 at the end
